All orders must be prepaid in full by credit card prior to shipping. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
All orders ship F.O.B from Hickory, North Carolina and actual shipping and handling charges apply. Currently we only accept online orders shipping within the continental United States. Default shipping will be standard ground. Expedited shipping such as 2nd Day and Next Day are available upon request and will be billed at an extra expense.
Bambach reserves the right to change pricing increase or typographical errors without notice.
Returns Policy
30 Day Risk Free Return
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Bambach. That’s why we offer a 30 Day Risk Free Return For A Refund*
*Provided the below conditions are met, you will be provided with a prepaid shipping label to return the seat and you will be refunded the cost of the product only (outbound shipping and any applicable taxes not refunded).
Here are the steps to follow if you want to return your Bambach:
- Please save the shipping box until you have decided you are definitely keeping your Bambach.
- Call our customer service at 828-624-3301 to request your return. They will provide further instructions, including issuing you a pre-paid shipping label (UPS or FedEx).
- Disassemble your seat and re-pack in the box. Go here for video instructions on how to dissemble and/or repack for return.
- Apply the pre-paid label to the box.
- If your office has regular UPS or FedEx deliveries, you can give the box to your driver. If not, we will schedule a pickup.
- If the return is requested with our customer service within 30 days of the original invoice date and the seat is confirmed to be in saleable conidition once recieved, a refund will be issued for the cost of the product only (outbound shipping and any applicable taxes not refunded).
Other Notes:
- Returns requested after 30 days are subject to a restocking fee (see table below).
- Restocking fees will be determined based on condition of the product and/or length of time between the original invoice date and the date product was received by us.
- Claims for errors or damages must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods.
- Special order and final sale products are not returnable.
- Items “Not Returnable to Stock” will be returned to the customer only if requested, and at the customer’s expense. All unclaimed items will be discarded 30 days after the date of notification.
